Open AI, an artificial intelligence research company has released another weapon from its arsenal. Open AI announced SORA – a text to video AI model on Feb 15th, 2024.
It has already created waves across the ocean of internet. Google trends reports shows that the topic has received 100K search queries within the 24 hours of its announcement.
Why so much rage?
It is because of the SORA’s amazing capability of turning a text prompt into a 1-minute-long video byte.

At present, SORA is accessible only to its cybersecurity team so that they can fortify it to withstand and prevent any attacks and harms.
They would also give access to visual artists, designers and film makers for the opinion and feedback on how to make it more appealing and useful.
SORA has a deep understanding of languages so it can enhance the emotions of a character. It can generate complex scenes with multiple characters with specific types of motion.
